[Story] Shattered Love – The End (Episode 6)

6 months later,At Didong’s private hospital, sitting in one of the chairs at the reception was Janet, waiting to be called in to see the Doctor. She had come to this same hospital some weeks ago to have another blood test carried out. She had earlier in the month partake in an open crusade where she prayed and had faith that something was going to change in her life.
Nurse: Miss Janet
Janet: Ma! I am here
Nurse: The Doctor will see you now
Janet stood up and entered the Doctor’s office feeling tensed like someone on the hot seat on who wants to be a millionaire.
Doctor: Madam, here is the result of the blood test carried on you last week. (Handing over the result to her)
Janet: (Checking it) what? Doctor, are you sure this is my result?

Doctor: Yes ma…Your blood group is B+ while your Genotype is AA!
What is Genotype?
Your Genotype is your complete heritable genetic identity. It is your unique genome that would be revealed by personal genome sequencing. It can be referred to as a particular gene or set of genes carried by an individual. The genotypes in humans are: AA, AS, AC, SS, SC, and CC. Genotype and blood group compatibility that is good for marriage;

The only thing that can change the genotype is an intentional act like bone marrow transparent (BMT) technology. It has been proven to be the only permanent cure to SS, SC, and CC. However, it is new, very expensive and cannot be done in any part of Africa. It also carries some risks. Naturally, environment or time cannot change genotype. Divine miracle can change it as well, it has happened in so many part of the world.
